Hello, my name is Vivi,

And my team and I are here to help you.

Why?

Because all of us have lived through the Greek system ourselves and learned how it really works, not from manuals, but from daily life.

Public offices, hospitals, ministries, endless paperwork, and processes that rarely follow a clear order were part of our routine long before EnterAthens existed.

Over time, we discovered where things get stuck and what actually helps them move forward.

A personal story

I realized how important this experience became when a close friend relocated to Greece. Everything that could go wrong, did. Banking details were issued under the wrong name. PINs could not be activated.

Tax residency was registered incorrectly, causing serious financial consequences. Rental obligations were unclear and hard to manage without local guidance.

None of these problems was dramatic on its own, but together they became overwhelming for someone unfamiliar with the language and the system.

The gap I saw

What stood out to me was not the lack of information. It was the lack of coordination. No one was there to take responsibility, connect the steps, and stay involved until everything was resolved.

That experience shaped EnterAthens.

Building a passionate team

I have since built a team of specialists who share the same passion as me. Together, we help every client navigate the system with confidence. Every relocation we handle is approached with continuity.

You will have a dedicated point of contact who follows your case from start to finish, coordinates with the wider team when needed, and remains available whenever immediate attention is required.

Connected to the expat community

I am happily connected with the expat community and understand the challenges of settling in a new country.

You will often find me at expat events and coffee meetups, supporting these efforts and staying close to the people we serve.

Our approach

This applies to both individual and corporate relocations. People moving through companies are not treated as part of a mass process.

You are supported as an individual, with your own timeline, pressures, and everyday realities.

It is about making sure no one is left alone to navigate decisions they do not fully understand.

Steady, practical support allows you to focus on settling into your new life in Greece, confident that someone is there when you need it.
